Modify Child Support

Child support orders may be modified if there has been a change in custody, a change in financial conditions of the parents, by emancipation of the minor child, or by passage of 3 years for an automatic review and a recalculation based on cost of living percentage increase set by the presumptive maximum of child support for the year.  Anytime child support is to be calculated by the court, the court will require the parties to file a “financial disclosure form” which is discussed in the video.
